Introduction

HERE ARE MY 100 all-time favourite pop records covering the period from 1958 to 2015. Many of them have been chosen because they bring back memories of particular times in my life - notably my college days; others simply because I like them.

The complete programme lasts 7 hours and is arranged in one-hour parts. To play them, just click on the links in the playlist below.

And finally, please note this chart was compiled in August 2021. Since then I've been exploring more recent pop music and have come across many tracks worthy of inclusion. Looks like I'll have to create a new Hot 100 ...
