Notes on the recording
This programme includes (between 1.01.40 and 1.31.28 in the audio file) The World Tomorrow, half an hour of American religious claptrap presented by 'Garner Ted Armstrong'. It was one of a number of such programmes broadcast by the pirates (and by Radio Luxembourg), presumably because they earned money for doing so. I have left it in for the sake of historical completeness, but it is best avoided!
The quality of reception begins to deteriorate towards the end of this programme - as it always did on the medium wave at night.
